Before You Begin
Can you replace an existing tile floor?
Yes. We can include removal and preparation for a new installation. Conditions underneath the old floor may affect the work required.
Will the new tile be the same height as the next room?
We check the floor buildup and adjoining materials before recommending a transition. We cannot promise an exact flush height without assessing the surfaces.
What affects the price of floor tile installation?
Removal, subfloor condition, room size, tile size, pattern, cuts and transitions all affect the estimate. Fixture or appliance coordination can add work.
Can I use the room immediately after installation?
The required wait depends on the products and installation. We give you instructions for foot traffic and returning fixtures or furnishings to the room.
